Sendzees LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our") operates sendzees.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our service — whether you're purchasing a gift as a sender or visiting a gift link as a recipient.

We do not collect a recipient's phone number, email address, or any other contact information. Sendzees never contacts a recipient directly — see Section 3.

Sendzees does not contact recipients directly, in any form. We do not send emails, texts, or any other message to a recipient.
When a sender completes a purchase, we generate a private, unique gift link. It is the sender's responsibility to share this link with the intended recipient, through whatever means the sender chooses (text message, email, in person, or otherwise). The recipient accesses their gift only by visiting the link they've been given, and views their gift content over the course of its delivery period.
Because we do not collect any contact information from recipients, we have no way to reach a recipient independently of the link the sender shares with them.
We share personal data only with the service providers necessary to operate Sendzees:
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes beyond the advertising-measurement use described in Section 6.
We retain sender names and email addresses, and recipient first names, for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the gift, respond to support requests, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We periodically review stored data and remove information that is no longer needed for these purposes.
Payment transaction records are held by Stripe under its own retention practices; Sendzees does not store full payment records.
We use, or may use, analytics and advertising tools including Google Analytics (GA4), the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, the TikTok Pixel, and the Snapchat Pixel. These tools use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to help us understand how our site is used and to measure the performance of our advertising.
These tools may collect information such as pages viewed, actions taken on our site, general device and browser information, and IP address. Some of these tools may also use hashed or otherwise de-identified contact information (such as a sender's email address, converted into a non-reversible hash before it's sent) to help match ad views or clicks to later actions on our site, a practice these providers commonly call "advanced matching" or "enhanced conversions." We do not send a recipient's information to any advertising or analytics provider.
Information collected by these tools may be shared with Google, Meta, TikTok, and Snap Inc., and may be used by those companies to measure advertising performance and to personalize the ads you see on their own platforms, subject to each provider's own privacy policy.
Basic session data may also be temporarily stored to support the gift experience itself (for example, to keep track of where you are within your gift's multi-day reveal), separate from any analytics or advertising tool.

Personal data is stored in encrypted databases with access restricted to what's needed to operate the service. Gift links and tracking links are cryptographically generated and are treated as sensitive access credentials — anyone with a link can access what it points to, so we recommend senders and recipients keep their links private.
Purchasing a gift through Sendzees requires the sender to be at least 18 years old. Because Sendzees does not collect any information directly from a recipient — only a first name provided by the sender — we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the recipient side of the service. If you believe a recipient's information was provided to us inappropriately, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify senders of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
