These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sendzees LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our") at sendzees.com. By purchasing a gift, redeeming a gift link, or otherwise using our service, you agree to these Terms.
Sendzees allows users ("senders") to purchase a 7-day SMS message gift for another person ("recipient"). The recipient receives an initial SMS with a unique gift link. Clicking the link constitutes the recipient's consent to receive the message sequence. Messages are then delivered daily for the duration of the gift.
Gift links expire 14 days after the scheduled gift start date if the recipient has not yet redeemed them. After expiry, the link is no longer valid and no messages will be sent.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a gift through Sendzees. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
As a sender, you agree that:
Recipients opt in to receive messages by clicking their unique gift link. This mechanic is designed to ensure recipients are willing participants in the gift experience.
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. All further messages will be cancelled immediately on receipt of STOP. No refund is issued when a recipient opts out — the service has been delivered up to that point.
Recipients can resume messages by texting UNSTOP.
All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your payment method.
Cancellations: You may cancel a gift provided the cancellation is made more than 2 calendar days before the scheduled gift start date. To cancel, visit your sender tracking page using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations are not available once the gift is within 2 calendar days of the scheduled start date, as delivery preparation is already underway.
Refunds: Sendzees does not issue refunds. Once a purchase is completed, the digital work to set up and schedule your gift has already been performed. This applies regardless of whether the recipient has redeemed the gift link.
Before completing your purchase, you are shown a confirmation screen displaying the recipient's name and phone number. Please review this carefully — we are not responsible for gifts sent to an incorrect number entered by the sender.
Service failure: If a failure on our end prevents delivery of a gift, we will work to resolve the issue and may offer a remedy at our discretion.
Recipient opt-out: If a recipient replies STOP, the service is considered delivered up to that point. No refund is issued.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
Sendzees operates in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier guidelines. Our SMS messaging programme relies on recipient-initiated consent via gift link redemption. We maintain records of consent timestamps and IP addresses for compliance purposes.
Message and data rates may apply to recipients. Message frequency: up to 1 message per day for the gift duration (maximum 7 days).
Affiliates who join the Sendzees partner programme agree to promote the service honestly and in compliance with FTC disclosure guidelines. Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Sendzees when sharing their referral link. Full terms, including commission structure and payment schedule, are governed by the separate Affiliate Agreement provided at the time of enrolment. Sendzees reserves the right to withhold or claw back commissions for fraudulent or reversed transactions.
All message content in the Sendzees standard message pools is owned by Sendzees LLC. Custom messages composed by senders remain the sender's own content; by submitting them, you grant Sendzees a limited licence to store and deliver them as part of the gift service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendzees LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the gift in question.
We are not responsible for SMS delivery failures caused by carrier issues, recipient device problems, or incorrect phone numbers provided by senders.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, though we work hard to ensure reliable delivery.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
