These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sendzees LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our") at sendzees.com. By purchasing a gift or otherwise using our service, you agree to these Terms.
Sendzees allows users ("senders") to purchase a personalized, multi-day digital gift experience for another person ("recipient"). After purchase, we generate a private, unique gift link. The sender is solely responsible for sharing this link with the intended recipient, through whatever means the sender chooses. Sendzees does not deliver anything directly to a recipient.
Once a recipient visits their gift link, they can access newly revealed content over the course of the gift's delivery period, culminating in a final-day experience.
Gift links expire 14 days after the scheduled gift start date if the recipient has not activated them. After expiry, the link is no longer valid.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a gift through Sendzees. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
As a sender, you agree that:
Recipients access their gift solely by visiting the unique link shared with them by the sender. Sendzees does not collect a recipient's phone number, email address, or any other contact information, and does not send any message, notification, or communication of any kind directly to a recipient.
Because we never initiate contact with a recipient, there is no separate opt-in or opt-out process on our end — access to a gift is entirely at the recipient's own discretion, based on whether and when they choose to open the link they were given.
All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your payment method.
Cancellation window: You may cancel a gift up to 48 hours before its scheduled delivery. All gifts deliver at 9:00 AM Central Time on the scheduled delivery date, so the cancellation deadline is always 9:00 AM Central Time, two calendar days before that date. For example, if your gift is scheduled to deliver on the 10th, the cancellation deadline is 9:00 AM Central Time on the 8th. Once a gift has started, cancellation is no longer available under any circumstances.
Gifts sent immediately have no cancellation window. If you choose to send a gift right away rather than scheduling it for a future date, there is no cancellation period available, since your gift begins right at the moment of purchase.
To cancel an eligible gift, visit your sender tracking page using the link in your confirmation email.
Cancellation results in credit, not a cash refund: Sendzees does not issue cash refunds to your original payment method, at any time, for any reason. If you cancel within the eligible window described above, we will instead issue you a single-use credit code equal to the amount you paid, valid for 60 days toward a future Sendzees purchase.
Before completing your purchase, you are shown a confirmation screen displaying the recipient's name. Please review this carefully — we are not responsible for a gift sent to the wrong person as a result of information entered by the sender.
Service failure: If a failure on our end prevents delivery of a gift, we will work to resolve the issue and may offer a remedy at our discretion.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
All message content in the Sendzees standard message pools is owned by Sendzees LLC. Custom messages composed by senders remain the sender's own content; by submitting them, you grant Sendzees a limited licence to store and deliver them as part of the gift service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendzees LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the gift in question.
We are not responsible for a sender providing an incorrect email address for their own account communications, for a sender's failure to successfully share a gift link with their intended recipient through the sender's own chosen communication method, or for disruptions caused by third-party service providers outside our control.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, though we work hard to ensure reliable delivery.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
